Conducted research on explainable AI for dialogue classification, developing a novel approach using interpretable text spans generated by large language models (LLMs). Integrated LLM-generated spans with post-hoc attribution techniques and evaluated their effectiveness on KPN's customer service text classification system, demonstrating improved coherence and contextual richness in AI model explanations.

Developed a product ranking system by aggregating reviews from major platforms, architected backend infrastructure including database structures and data pipelines, and leveraged AI techniques like LLMs to automate content creation for product reviews and images.

Directed marketing campaigns for sold-out concerts at Ziggo Dome, including De Avond van de Filmmuziek, for which I also developed the website and created a voting app. Other clients included RTL, PilotStudio, Trijntje Oosterhuis, WijnSpijs, and KRO-NCRV.
